Lead Teacher
Lead teacher is responsible for running the classroom, lesson plans, room arrangement, documents, and overall upkeep of classroom. Two year degree is preferred, but the minimum is North Carolina Early Childhood Credential. This is a 40 hour a week position. Pay is based on education and experience. Will have to pass a medical screening and a background check before employment.
Assistant Teacher
Assistant teacher is responsible for working with, supporting, and helping lead teacher. This can also be a degreed or credentialled position if a lead position is not available. High school diploma is required but no additional education. This is a 40 hour a week position. Pay is based on education and experience. Will have to pass a medical screening and a background check before employment.
Floater
The floater is responsible for working in any position. This can be a position with secondary education or without, but a high school diploma is required. We try to put floaters in positions that are the most beneficial for everyone. Floaters usually need the capability of “closing” which means working until 6:00pm. The position can be full-time or part-time. Pay is based on full time or part time availability and can be based on education. Will have to pass a medical screening and a background check before employment.
Cook
Cook is responsible for all things food. Planning menus based on nutrition, planning and placing orders for food truck, planning and placing orders and picking up things from local grocery stores. Food is fixed according to need for the day (planning number amounts). High school diploma is required. Will have pass a medical screening and a background check before employment.
